How do I create an account?

Open QuickSave and tap "Sign Up". Enter your email address and choose a password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

Is my data synced across devices?

Yes! When you sign in with your account, your game data, stats, and team settings are automatically synced via the cloud securely.

Can I use QuickSave offline?

QuickSave currently requires an internet connection for authentication and data sync. We are exploring offline caching support for future updates to allow tracking even when you have no signal at the rink.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Send us an email at support@quicksavegoalie.com with a description of the issue or idea, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots are always super helpful!

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, you can contact us at support@quicksavegoalie.com. We will process your request and confirm data deletion within 48 hours.
